Dullin down a V2 Clean

Ok im not sure about this but my v2 is over reacting way to much for me . i am a lefty with med revs , i throw my ball over the 11,12th board at about 16mph . everytime i throw the ball it is going brook for me . would dulling this ball help me ?

Polishing would make it go longer. Dulling it would make it pick up sooner.  

Why dont u try adjusting lines first?

I tried dulling mine down to about 1000 grit and did not like it much. It definitely cut down the backend by a lot but didn't get a much earlier roll. It was weird. Seemed squirrely. Sometimes skid, others hook. Needless to say, polished it better.

But like Brunsbowler said, maybe try moving deeper and keeping the ball in the oil longer.

k couldent i just buy a polisher and have the same effects as having it done ?
