Title: Whats with the Regional Staff?

I alway read reviews by these guys, just curious as to who they are and how did they get that position. Also, I was wondering if they get benefits from the position.

I know one of them in passing.  Young guy (23?) who's won a couple of regionals.  The money comes in if they win or get on TV.  To say he's a good bowler doesn't really do justice to his (near) PBA talent.
