Title: Xxcel box condition?

Hi there,
I just wanted to know in which condition the Xxcel is coming out of the box? Ebonite states a 1.000 grit surface - but is it matte/sheen or polished?

its 1000 grit matte probobly. Thats what i put on my friends when he was taking off the polish on his, and it matched a NIB one very well. So thats why i would say 1000 matte
