Recently got 2 Golds, drilled one pin above ring and the other pin below middle. After throwing them for a few weeks, all I can say is wow. This ball is absolutely amazing. If you've ever considered trying Elite, this is the ball to get. Its motion reminds me a lot of the IQ Tour pearl, but flippier. Of the two I prefer the pin down, but they both are astounding. The pin up is about a lot longer than the pin down, and they make a very nice match up. I recently bowled a JBT tournament and went +398 for 8 games throwing both Golds, and ended up qualifying first for stepladder finals. I then won 217-177. No matter how the lanes transitioned all day, I could find a look with the Gold. In my opinion this is one of the best balls on the market today.
