ELITE steps up and makes a great contribution for a great cause
« on: December 12, 2013, 07:09:56 AM »
Im a proshop operator under my great Friend and now colleague, Here at Fred J's Proshop at Bowl-O-Rama In Newington, CT.  Where he, and the help of many others have helped put together Newington High Schools very first Bowling Team....

Last year, was their first year competeing and we saw very little to no support from any of the major bowling companies....  That was until this year when Fred met with Mike from Elite, and Mike stepped up on his own, and decided to go above and beyond for the youth ofthis great yet somewhat suffering sport.

Without stepping on anyones toes here and going into specifics, I just would like to say from the bottom of my heart that this is a wonderful thing that Elite is doing at their very own expense for the kids of the Newington, CT high school bowling association....  When all the major bowling companies where unwilling to step up because there was no profit to gain, Mike from Elite was more than happy to hook each and every kid up with their very own reactive ball, their very own shoes, a bag, as well as embroidered towels... And like i said myself and Fred J. from His own proshop at Callahan's Bowl-o-Rama will be fitting all the students, and drilling their new Elite Z reactive balls....

Just thought that this story should get some exposure, as it seems the smaller up and coming companies are usually the ones to cater to such non-profitable events.

So heres to Mike at Elite, and Elite themselves, for looking after theyouth of our beloved sport....  THANKS GUYS

Sincerely Sean,
From Fred J's Pro Shop
Newington, CT
