Often wondered about Elite bowling balls, but not just about their performance, but also their durability and longevity.
Well, my questions have all been answered.
Got my Elite equipment drilled at the start of the season. Been throwing the ECHO every single set, and multiple games during each set. Been throwing the ESPIONAGE some also, although not nearly as much.
The ECHO has not only been impressive in its performance, performing as well as, or better than, many balls in a higher price range, but has also now shown to be quite durable and resilient.
After around 100 games, all I've ever had to do was clean it after each set, refresh the surface 1 time, and this thing looks like it has never even been down the lane!
Not only that, but the surface refresh didn't have that "Now I get an odd reaction" effect I've seen when refreshing some other equipment I've used in the past. It came right back to that clean looking, smooth/shiny surface with that nice long push through the fronts, and that dependable read off the breakpoint.
I've said it before, and I will say it again, these balls really will compete with most anything out there on the market right now that is at a comparable price/performance category.
