The Truck features 9485 reactive coverstock with super sized MICA and PET. The addition of MICA and PET provides an aggressive but extremely versatile reactive urethane coverstock. The surface may be sanded to shorten skid or polished to delay hook.

The New "Truck" does not need alot of hype, just go to your local proshop and throw this one!
It is a very friendly ball with a highly adjustable cover stock!
This will give you the lattitude to make the ball fit your most demanding
lane condition.

We were impressed with the excellent "Hitting Power" so the ball's name is deserving! We drilled a couple of theses balls, one full leverage, 3-3/8" pin from the PAP with a weight hole on the midline at 5-1/2"

The Second Ball we drilled label with the pin at 2:00 and the MassBias in the track area.

The full leverage ball was very friendly, it played great down & in! It delieverd excellent performance when we attempted to get it to turn a big corner on a typical house lane condition. But no matter where we lined up, for the shot, the "Truck" Delivered!

The Label drilled ball delivered a strong a perdictable ARC everytime!
This ball will fit a large range and style of bowlers!

The Hitting Power is there! so we recommend this ball to everyone!

          Thats what my "TRUCK" looks like after using it tonight
to "roll through the heads." Drilled for a strong backend this ball
gave me a good carry all night even on a few misplaced shots.I cannot wait to polish it up for Monday night when im gonna be rollin through the heads.

Well it has been a couple weeks after drilling the Truck up for a shop bowler and I would just like to say that if you like the 3D Violet, then you should pick up this ball.  

This ball is extremely clean through the front part of the lane, then it give you a good strong move to the pocket.  It reminds me of the 3D Violet in just about every way.

One thing that I did notice was that it doesn't like oil down the lane, in the factory condition.  This will be a great ball on the fresh, and will give you a good read of the lanes.

I finally got my hands on this ball.  I'm a right hander with medium speed and revs.  The ball is 16 pounds drilled with the pin 3-3/8 from pap and the cam left of the thumb hole.  This drilling is for Heavy to Medium oil and produces maximum flare with a controlled arching backend.  I've only bowled 2 nights with it in two diffrent houses and all I have to say is WOW!  In my opinion this is the best ball Faball has ever made.  The first night on wood lanes with a light medium to dry oil pattern I was able to either play tight or swing it out with great results.  It clears the heads very well and has a nice controled backend reaction.  The carry was excellent and I think this is the hardest hitting ball Faball has made yet.  High game was 278 with 2 ten pins.  The second night in a diffrent house the lanes start off with Heavy Oil and break down pretty quick to a light medium pattern by the end of the night.  My first game playing around the 15th board I was able to shoot 300.  I couldnt believe it.  Its been 8 years since my first 300.  I had a mark about 5 boards wide that I never had with any other ball in this house. My teammates who throw Storm equipment couldnt believe the carry and hitting power this ball has.  Thank you Faball/Hammer for another great ball.  I hope Ebonite continues to make this ball because its just awesome.  I'll post another review in about a month.

Bought this ball a couple months ago. I wanted something with some length and decent hook. I drilled it stacked with a pitched weight hole for more flare. Surface is sanded to 600.

I have to say this ball definately hits harder than any of my other balls. The one thing that I don't like about it is that if it gets too much dry it rolls out, unlike my red monster which is sanded to the same surface. But on medium- heavy conditions this ball is definately one of the best with hook and hit.

I give it a 9 out of 10

Just wanted to update everyone on the performance since my last review.  Its been about a month now that I've owned it and is still performing for me like new.  I have left it in box condition thus far and just clean it with alcohol.  I've been bowling with it in two diffrent houses where the lanes are complete opposite.  On my wednesday night league the lanes start out with a light medium oil pattern and end up dry by the third game.  I have to play an inside line.  I shot 200,246,266 for a 712 series just last night.  This ball can play medium to dry very well.  Clears the heads very well for an unpolished ball.  On my thursday night league the lanes can start out with a very heavy and long oil pattern and can break down to a light medium pattern by the end of the night.  The ball has a hard time making it to the pocket the first game.  This is the only negative I have seen with the ball so far.  But I have still been able to make it work by slowing it down and putting more revs on the ball.  If I do struggle I will pull out my 4D HPT the first game and then switch back to my Truck for the second and third game.  I have not bowled below a 600 set with this ball since I've bought it.  I still think this is one of the best hitting Hammers to date and the carry is excellent.  When ever I notice the ball to start losing performance or I struggle with it I'll shine it and let you know about it.  I have a feeling that this ball will have a very similar reaction to the 3d Violet Offset when its shined.  Look at my first review to see the way I drilled it and my bowling profile.  Keep on Truckin Hammerheads.

Have had my Truck for about 6 months and feel it's time to write my review of this ball.
Specs- 16lb, 2-3pin 3.25 top.
Drilled- Stacked 5X5, no weighthole
Style- Power tweener, med-hi revs, 19+ mph, 200 avg.

Let me start off by saying I'm a true Hammerhead. Throw nothing but since my first Black Urethane in 1986, but I will be fair in my review. This ball is without a doubt the best Hammer I have owned to date. I am a down and in player and my Truck is tailored to this style. Try to play 9-11 board, out to 5, back to pocket, and the drilling put in this ball perfect for this, except for very dry conditions. Ball gets through the heads very well before making it's move. Very even arc and predicatable breakpoint are the strongpoints. Not the most effective for very heavy oil. You must have alot of hand, or slow down ALOT to get it to move on these conditions. This ball is very forgiving on errant shots as long as you can keep your speed constant. Spare shooting is not a problem either. Coverstock is easily maintained and can be tweaked slightly, although I have never had it on a spinner as my Truck is still in box condition. Out of the 6 Hammers I have, the Truck is always the first out of the bag and will continue to get top billing as long as it still "delivers"

Had the good fortune to pick up some of these before production stopped.   This ball has the easiest revs off the hand I've ever seen.  Cover is not very aggressive.   Sanded the "bumps" off with 1200 and polished with some Black Magic and wound up with the best medium to dry ball I've every had.  Urethane roll and great hit.   Does not jump off the oil to dry.  Don't pass up one of these if you find one.   Not an oil ball by any means.  Sanded and polished up would be great for the "big" hands people.
