I just can not seem to bowl with anything but the old Hammer stuff.

Just finished thursday night league with a 256-233-257 = 748 series.  The ball - the original Pearl Blue Hammer.  In fact I have averaged 223 for the last eleven games with this ball.  I am normally about a 200 average.

I have tried the new stuff, I just don't have the ball speed to control it.

It was pricless watching the 195 avg bowler go through 4 or 5 balls trying to find one to work for him.  He asked me if I was throwing that hammer.  You could see the look on his face as he was adding up all the cost of the new equipment versus some 20 year old ball.

Urethane, will be back...  LOL
