I checked with Nacdale but all his are drilled conventional. I am looking for one already drilled for fingertip grips. Thanks for the help anyway.

Why do you care how they're currently drilled? You're going to have to plug and redrill them anyway, yes?

Not really. I throw thumbless but I use fingertip grips. If I like the way it's drilled then I won't have to plug. Just change the inserts to my size.
