TT, where are you from? The shipping charges are much cheaper to 90% of the country than a flat $20 fee like many other sellers (including me, up until about six months ago) charge.
If you are from anywhere on the west coast, it is inevitable shipping costs will be somewhat high, especially when shipping from the middle of nowhere NY...
PS: I see that you are in Oregon. I did a test ship to Portland, and the UPS website charge is about $1 less than the one that shows up on eBay (I am charging a $1 handling fee to cover the boxes and packing tape I purchased) If you find this unreasonable but are still seriously interested in one of the balls, drop me a PM and I'll see if there is anything I can do.
