Those are right about where the prices are on Ebay for them.   The NIB T-Road Solids have been going for $180 and the Virtual Energy has been around $150 to $180 from what I remember seeing.

As much as I love the VE, I'm not paying 200$ for one now when I didn't even pay that much for one in 2009.

The last four new VE's listed on Ebay sold for $187.5(plus shipping), $163.50(plus shipping), $155.01(plus shipping) and $93.95(shipped).  Evidently the owner of the last one didn't do his research before listing it.  That buyer got a great deal!!!

This current one listed should have no problem getting $150 or more.

I don't get the thought process of paying that much for a ball that's been recently discontinued when there are balls newer out there just as good or better for much less. Especially Storm products. They are constantly using old cores and cover stocks for new balls. Not saying there is anything wrong with that, just one more reason to not pay $200 bucks for a Virtual Energy or Gravity.  You can for sure find a very similar reaction in a newer release.

Now if your talking an old Faball 3D offset 15 pound NIB, yes that is worth paying big bucks for but not something a couple years old.

Seemed like just 6 months ago those VE's were on closeout well below those prices and people were having trouble moving them.  Strange how the bowling ball market works...

The opinion expressed here represents all major bowling ball and equipment manufacturers, not my own.
