Brinen, i am not even going to get into with you again for the hundred millionth time. I respect my boss's wishes and not let anyone know his name or anything of that matter. I can't help it that you do not respect his decision. But the reason is quite understandable now, he doesn't want people like you sending him 1,000,000 assanine questions about who is he, can i meet him, what's his name and #, I mean seriously that is the most ridiculous stuff I have heard of from my year and some change on this site and doing business. No one ever asks those questions because i have 100% feedback on here and ebay. I think my customer service is pretty damn good for being one person that goes to college full time and basically runs a business, bowls 5 nights a week, etc. I always answer emails and messages within the day or if not the next morning if at night when i am at leagues.
Most businesses usually have a policy of shipping within 3-5 days of payment, it has been 3 days since you have ordered, which i don't know why cause you seem to make outlandish comments but then want the same respect and service as people that are nice on here. I treat others how they treat me and by the way you have done so far, it's ridiculous.
However, my boss told me that they were going out yesterday I believe so in all actuality you waited 2 days until the ball was shipped.
Kmel, I am not sure why your packaged hasn't moved yet, all the other ones that I put in the order at the same time as yours D Pat for example is moving you can ask him or he can chime in here and let you know. Kmel, however is a nicer br member/customer, whereas he has already purchased 4-5 items from me. He did post on the topic that brinen created but Kmel has done it in a much better personable fashion and for that I commend him. Kmel and I have chatted via pm and he was just a little nervous as this is his first time purchasing on here and I can respect that but bro, gotta give me a little bit more than 12 hours to respond cause I gotta sleep! haha, plus i was at leagues all last night.
I hope this clears up everything for everyone and anyone can feel free to pm me or post on here but I just hope that they make it respectable which A LOT of members on this site do, I can only think of a few who don't.
Also, I would just like to say that I am here for you guys as bowlers, that's why i try to hook everybody up with bowling balls for the cheapest prices around! Also why i do the drawings so people that don't blow all their money on bowling balls, (like me, hahaha and D Pat and by the looks of it, Kmel is hoppin on our train), can get a great bowling ball for really cheap as low as 15 bucks for a high end ball? Not bad if i say so myself hahahaha.
What do other users think of my comments/business way? I am open to constructive criticism as that's the only way people can get better, although a lot of people have told me already that I am the best on here. hahaha thanks to those guys!
