16 lb PDW  ball by Storm, overseas ball
brand new never drilled, not a blem.

ball is 16 lb.
pin is 4-4 1/2        top weight 4.5

pearl particle ball.

I thought any topweight over 4.0 was a blem?

far as i know, no they arent.
i have a few with over 4 top weight when new
had to put nice size balance holes in them

4ozs Top is fine, anything over 5oz Top is considered a
blem.  With 5ozs Top it's really hard to get the Top back
to legal limits.

Bill from Buddies Pro Shop web site, he has a pic. and all
the Tech. info.  I send him pic.'s of all overseas balls
I get in and will send him a few more new ones I just
received.  If you have trouble just use the search with
the name of the ball, and you don't have to be a member.

usually anything over 4.5 is a blem

i have a few at 4.8(blems i drilled)
want hard to get leagl, just drill fingers and thumb deeper and put the weight hole only over 3 inches instead of usualy 6 inches
