16lb Track Flare FS/FT

I have a 16lb Track Flare for sale or trade.  I picked this ball up in a trade and I have no use for it really.  I don't know much about it.  The thumb is plugged and ready to be redrilled.  I will sell it pretty cheap, or if you have trade offers, let me know.
