You should read entire auction before bidding i have bought over 10 balls from Bill and he does not ever send me a second or blem. I think you are pissed off that you did not read entire auction before bidding because he does sell seconds and blems also which i would not personally bid on. Buyer beware on ebay but this guy is first class!!!

He even sold me a ball through email correspondence.  I emailed him to see if he had a ball in stock.  He did and quoted me an awesome price (much lower than Buddies mind you).  I paid with PayPal, and two business days later it was at my doorstep with the exact specs we discussed.  1st quality all the way!  Thanks again Bill.

I've made several purchases from him and never had a problem. He sells great items at a cheap price. It is well noted that you are supposed to read all information on ebay BEFORE bidding.

I bought 2 Storm 4 ball bags from him and they arrived in the plastic wrapping boxed up with no damage as advertised.
 I'll definitely do busines with him again.

Glad you got balls, because you missed out elsewhere. Bill has been a good seller for a long time doubt he would just up and bag people. Like everyone has stated you must "read" about the deal before pressing the bid button. If it was a bad deal contact him and get it right if it was just ignorance for not reading his parameters don't come on here and just bash because your pissed.

"Advertise" -  this is the cool English version I think you were aspiring to spell.

My buddy bought some balls from Bill and they were not seconds I agree read the whole post.  Bill doesn't deliberately deceive someone.  Keep up the good work Bill.
