anyone have a cell phone for sale?
« on: June 20, 2005, 03:34:56 PM »
Yes, odd request...but I cannot stand the POS samsung I have now, and my wife won't give me back my true phone, so i want a different phone. Anyone have anything? Shot in the dark, but I have seen stranger things happen. Must be GSM, preferably something with Bluetooth.

Got some equipment I would trade for it, or would pay cash.

Thanks

How long can you wait? My plan is up in the end of July and I have a LG VX4400 I could sell for 50 bucks.

Does it matter what service provide it was hooked up to? I have a flip phone (I'm not sure of the model, but I can check) that was hooked up to Cingular Wireless. It was a GSM phone. It is less than one year old. Cingular sucked in the rural area where we live so we cut the service off and switched to T-Mobil. Let me know if you'd have any interest and I will get you more info.

I sell cellular phones for a living.  It does matter what service it's connected to.  A Cingular SIM card will not work in a T-Mobile or Nextel phone.  Do your research first on what carrier you have and what phones are exclusive to your carrier cause you'll be very mad if you get the wrong type of phone and then you'll have to get it professionally "Unlocked", which could cost anywhere from $50-$100.

Kid..

Not a fan of LG either. Had a VX10 on Verizon..went through 4 of them.

Gene..

If you could, find out the model # for me.. I might be interested.

Triggerman...

V60g...I had a V60 on verizon that I loved. Not sure if I would want to go that route. I am looking for one with either speakerphone or bluetooth wireless in it. Will keep it in mind though.

DP3...

I have a guy that can unlock them for me, as long as it's a GSM and 850/1900 band I am good. Whole reason I am looking for a phone is I had a Moto V505 which kicked ass, but my father in law gave me a MPX200 that he got for free. That was a great phone, only problem is it didn't have the 850 band, and that is primarily what is around my area. So I had to stop using that and use my wife's Samsung x426 Man I hate this thing. I at least want to be able to see who's calling without flipping it open! You don't happen to sell any used ones do you?
