Best Place to buy NIB Balls

In your experience, where would be the best place to purchase a NIB Full Throttle (when available) and Throttle-R?
'Best' being cost plus shippimg, & getting the Pin & Top Weight desired.

Your local Pro-Shop I would say. Then you dont even have to pay shipping.
