You had a transaction with Jeff Smith buying a bowling ball.
Do you have any other info to supply? Name address, UPS tracking number?


Would appreciate any info you have.

EVERYONE... I USED THIS CONTRACT VIA EMAIL AND PAYPAL WHEN I PAYED HIM. this could have scared him into sending it? i dunno... maybe i was just meant to be the scapegoat... here's the contract i always use...

"By acceptance of this payment by the seller, and acceptance of the shipment by the buyer, both parties agree to the following:

The seller agrees to the above description of the shipment as certified in statements prior to the transaction.  If for any reason, and without proper notice, the shipment is not received by October 31, 2005, the deal is null and void, and the seller agrees to refund the entire amount of the payment as well as a reparations fee of $20.00 for a total not to exceed $60.00.  Once the shipment is received, the buyer agrees to approve the quality and condition of the shipment as stated in the above description within 7 days of receipt.  If there is no formal complaint levied by the buyer in that time, then the buyer will have no recourse going forward unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing."

dude... I GREW UP IN MICHIGAN!!! you have GOT to be kidding me...

when i talked to this guy on the phone I TOLD HIM I WAS FROM MICHIGAN. he had a "wisconsin" "northern" type accent and i was kind of joking about it and how when i was a kid i had a similar accent when i lived in michigan and everyone made fun of me when i came to virginia... BUT HE SAID HE HAD LIVED IN WISCONSIN HIS WHOLE LIFE!!!!

The number this guy gave could be the right number and he could have acted like he didn't know what was going on when people called him.  This is also a possibility if he would be dumb enough to actually give the correct info....

Guys,
I live about an hour and a half away from Wausau and bowl tournaments in that area. Hope they get the guy and will be interesting to see if it turns out to be someone I know.

It sounds like Jeff Smith PBA used Brooklyn Slop as his
"proof" of being a good seller.

His one deal and the rest of us jumped in because of the incredible prices.

I actually dove off the platform but somehow stopped in mid air.

His post last night about getting back from league after saying he would send tracking during day let me stop in mid air.

Until someone told me their tracking number and a weight which was NOT entered by seller but read by UPS.

Regarding Brookln Slop if he can come up with number he dialed in Michigan and reached guy then I think that would completely clear him.  I"m fairly convinced he was an innocent dupe.  I believe it is awesome of him to see what his phone company can provide.  Also UPS often has a number for phone OR even on the box the phone number is included.

Is the motorcycle racer reached in Michigan not a bowler...it states he was a world Motocross champion.  ....But not a bowler???

I think the people who are being scammed should spend more energy tracking this individual instead of going on this witch hunt.  The truth will come out until you get this scammer.

Some of you are wrong here when some here warned about if it seems too good to be true then it's not.  You guys decided on your own to buy....now you should concentrate on getting your money back.
