This is a NIB Blem -- it's a cosmetic dimple on the ball 7" below the pin.  It's a small dimple that's hardly noticeable and the performance of the ball will not be affected in any way....... 15 lbs, 14 oz; top weight 2 5/8 oz; pin 4" - 5"
