I just want to go on record and tell the forum that Chris made our deal right. He assured me that he sent the balls that I never received , but issued me a complete refund as he said he would. I have had several other transactions with him with no problems so I am going to believe that he shipped the balls , but got lost by our crack USPS team. Thanks Chris for making it right and good luck in our armed forces.

glad to hear is was all corrected.  I also have had a ball just lost by the USPS system.  My seller also made right and gave me a refund for the ball.  The USPS is getting worst now for some reason.

Just to go on record, USPS is usually more expensive, but if you MUST ship with them, they also offer all those "cool" features like tracking and insurance....they just cost even more!

there is no excuse if they really "lost" it, BUT  just to pass on some info...within the next few months USPS tracking will be updated so you are able to track a package from the time it is dropped off to the time it is delivered including its location while in transit, just like big brown & fed

i had the same thing happen a guy swore he shipped it parcel post he refunded the money. can't you get them to pay for it?

only if the box was insured when it was mailed(xtra fee) but don't think they are just going to hand over the money..not only need proof that you sent it but also receipt to verify value of contents and if its something like a used ball you will get way less than replacement cost & ups is just as bad..the automatic $100 coverage is not a guaranteed payment of actual replacement costs
