Picked it up used (low games when bought and I only threw it maybe three games). I fully plugged and redrilled it. Pin is under ring and mass bias is kicked out with a weight hole. No plug material is in track area. I hadn't expected the ball to be a pearl (or at least have the feel of a pearl). With the surface at 1000 grit abralon and polished, it rolled similar to my enriched uranium... lots of length on medium patterns and a very angular backend. Since I already had this reaction, I took the surface down to 600 grit wet sanded. Now the ball is just way too strong for me. On my normal fresh league shot, I have to stand 35, cross 17 or 18 at the arrows and swing the ball out as far as possible to keep it on the lane. This would be a great skid/flip type of ball for heavier oil patterns.
The cover of this ball is flawless and reaction is very strong. My spans are 4 7/16 X 4 9/16 with 47/64 & 45/64 grips. Fingers have 5/8 and 3/4 reverse pitch in them. Thumb uses 1 1/4" Vise urethane slug and is drilled 29/32" and ovalled. Thumb pitches are 1/8" reverse and 1/8" left.
