I'm trimming down the ole' arsenal for the time being.....I've recently learned that I'll only be throwing one night a week.....the mixed league team has disbanded due to injuries....but anyhow.....

I want to re-group ....so I'm going to go a little nuts...but.....

WMB...one drill...ring finger pitch change only issue.....9/10

Shock & Awe....second drill...however....9/10
