I used on of these to drill my own stuff before I started my own shop.  Great set up for the guy that wants to drill his own stuff.

I own one and highly recommend, my drillings are way more consistent now than the local pro shop guy in town.  Make sure you have a good relaible 3/8 inch drill that doesnt slip on bits, make sure you apply some oil to drill bit shaft prior to drilling and thing will last a long time
