Ripped off by these people.

Hey, I just want to put a warning out about these guys, so no one else will get ripped off.  I trade them in the past and did not have a probelm with them.  If anyone knows these guys, please let me know.  I am very pissed at them right now, and still expect to get what I traded for.  There names are JAY BASHEARS of Fresno, Ca. and PETER EVANS of Millville, NJ.  If anyone would like I can give you address, So you can remember not to deal with them.  I hope all those that have dealt with me know that I am pretty easy going, and pretty patient.

I think I almost did a trade with Peter Evans of Milville and then he disappeared on me.  What was his ballreviews ID Xforce?????? something.

Never exchanged cash or balls he finally just said he was having a temporary shortage.

I hope that if anyone knows who these guys are they give their ID's.  I have done quite a few trades with John and know that he is honest and would like to protect myself from these guys as well as others.  Derek

I just did a swap with Peter Evans like last week.

I got an Icon2 in exchange for the Vicious PArticle I had used.

Swap went amoothly.....sorry John.

I know you are a good guy john. Heck between you and StormyLane, you guys keep me in business :-)

Well, I have heard from Peter.  He has explain his situation, and I am sorry for having to drag his name out here.  But it was one of those situations where communcation was not handled well.  So as of right now Peter is out of the dog house, but I will keep you up to date on the situation.

Well, I guess I did not read Dougs post before I posted the other reply.  But I figure that it is not right to say that you have problems, and can not ship a ball, to  complete a trade.  But then you turn around and make a deal with Doug and ship his ball, but still don't have the time or cash to ship to me?  I think that it is a little wrong of you to do so.  I would like to think that what comes around goes around.  Just let me know if I can forget about the ball?  So I can take my losses, and look for another vicious.  Thank you.

In defense of myself I would like to say that bowling is the last thing om mind right now because My family has just been dealt a big blow My father has bone cancer so I have been dealing with that right now

I have dealt with axeweldr before and he is very reliable and i would hate to see him have problems because he is very trustworthy.thanks for our great transaction john and i hope that these guys come forward and deal what is rightfully yours.

Axe and I swap about 8-10 balls per year and he has always been up front with me and always provides good info and good equipment.

I have also dealt with Peter Evans once and he came thru with flying colors.

I have no deals with the other guy.

You know about 6 months ago, my dad was in the hospital with a Brain anurism, and almost died.  I had brain surgery, and was close to death, for most of his stay in the hospital.  Even though I split time in the hospital, and both my jobs, I still had the time to follow through on my duties, ie. trades, work.  I spent 6 hours a day at the hospital and split the rest of the time working, and sleeping.
Plus the fact that our deal was talked about, my ball was sent out on 2/7.  You would think, that there would be a sliver of time, to send a ball out.  But I guess I am wrong.

I have dealt with Axe on several occasions. He is a very honest, upfront and understanding guy. I had a deal going with him when his Father was sick in the hospital and he still came thru on his end of it. I had surgery and was a few days late shipping his balls and he understood. He was very patient and the deal went smoothly. I consider him a friend and know he wouldn't say anything bad about anyone without good reason. He is a good guy and has had dealings with many people on this board. Everyone has problems and things come up but you just can't forget about a deal you made with someone. Especially if they came thru on there end.

It is time to bring this topic back up.  So others will not be ripped off by these guys.  Also if you know these two individuals, let them know.  I have not forgotted them, and I do a lot of traveling.  So one never knows, if I might show up at someones house.  I am not the type to give up, and I am not the type to just get screwed over.  I know I will be talking you these two soon.
