I was able to get this guys INFO from Ebay, after bidding on the ball.  I got his Name, city/st, Phone Number..  

The name is not Smith... but that does not mean that it is not the same guy.

i doubt it's him. "Jeff" wouldn't take a money order from me, and this guiy will. not hard eveidence, but just a note.
