WANTED: Dexter SST6 "soles and heels"

I need some Dexter SST6 soles AND heels.

I wear a size 12 so I guess if you have these in a size 11 through a size 15 shoe, then I guess they will work. And if they're too big, then I can cut them down with some scissors.

I don't want the ones that are long and narrow (those are for the SST5's)... I need the ones that are really wide and big (these are for the SST6's). I need for the Soles to at be least 4 3/4" wide at thier widest point... and the Heels need to be at least 3 3/4" at their widest point, and no bigger than 4" at their widest point.

I'm in need of the following "BRAND NEW" Soles AND Heels if you have them:

s4 - red
s8 - yellowish

h2 - white with ripples
h5 - white with NO ripples (the Flat one, not the Horseshoe one)

I have a #4 red that came from SST #5 but size 13 and is big and wide.
