I am looking for any ball by any company that will give me a good snap reaction on the backend , Looking for 16 ibs new in box . Please let me know .

I think this is dependant on how you throw the ball and the lane conditions that you bowl on.  With that being said, there are a couple balls out there designed to do just what you asked.  Off the top of my head, Columbia has a Reaction Rip, AMF has a Victory STP, Storm had the Power Charge, Ebonite had a savage flip, and of course my favorite, the old Buzzsw Cherry Pearl.

**Forgot... green gargoyle for Visionary had great backend too
