I found out that you can't transfer your ownership of the older versions of BLS.   So since they now have BLS-2004 out, you can not sell your BLS-2003 or BLS-2002.    Since the license is the same, just extended to the new version, you can not seperate the license.

Rev-O, if your looking for the software, just make sure that whoever is going to sell you the software isn't going to be secretary anymore.

Also, they wont sell you upgrades or answer technical support questions unless you're the license holder.  So be sure to download their transfer form they have and have the guy selling you the software to sign it.   I think they charge something small like 10 bucks to transfer.
