Title: looking for NIB 15 lb or 16 lb. rotogrip apocalypse

my father in law is looking for a NIB rotogrip apocalypse 15 or 16 lb. 3-4 inch pin around 3 oz. top weight.maybe a one drill 4 1/2 to 4/5/8 span 3 inch pin depending on how it is drilled.
