i know you said 15#, but i have a 16#, almost brand new igniter waiting to be sold.  it has an axis hole, and the finger holes can be drilled deeper to take out more weight.  if youre interested, let me know if you want pics, and check out the "11 excellent balls for sale" post for more info.  the ball is in perfect condition.

I have a 15 lb Igniter, 3" pin, almost new, very little use, RH, 4 27/32" span (with finger and thumb insert), no weight hole, almost no scratches, no track.
$55 shipped.
