Looking to trade for a Lane #1
« on: September 01, 2003, 07:49:24 PM »
Howdy folks,

So I want to know what makes Lane#1 so great, but I don't have the $$ for a new one.

What's a guy to do? Trade.

I've got a 15# single drill Brunswick Fuze Igniter with about 30 games on it, in great condition. 4 11/16 span, balance hole just below pap. 4 5/8" pin. Pin above bridge & just right of center line, CG slightly kicked right.

I'm also willing to throw in a little bit of $$ on top if the offer is right.

I'm looking for just about any lane#1 ball, but Silver Diamond, Emerald, or Cherry Pearl C/2 would fit in my aresenal best right now.

Feel free to message me here.

Would you have any interest in a Cherry Pearl? I beleive it is the
same coverstock as the Blueberry.

If you are interested, send a message to me.

Umm....Blueberry is the Black Cherry (solid coverstock).  The Cherry Pearl is not likely to react similar to the Blueberry based on its pearlized coverstock alone.  But hey, I could be wrong....although having thrown both in my life, I bet I'm not.  Good luck!

Both are PK18,but the cherry pearl is just that, pearlized.

I'm aware that reactions will different.

Like I've said King, I've got nothing against the balls themselves. It's more so the "Clique-iness" of the company, & the lack of a clear rep on the boards here.

I've just never been convinced by their marketing, but I'm more than willing to try them.

BJ, I know that it probably isn't possible as they've been discontinued, but I sure wish you could find a Blueberry as they are one of the most versatile balls in the Lane 1 line.

Agreed! I dont see why you should be a looking at a condition specific ball. Get a Damn Blueberry and have yourself a strong ball that is capable of being used on a variety of conditions. Then.....there will be no way you can ever say you were disappointed with your Lane1 experience!
