Have you ever shipped 2 balls from ohio to cali or florida, texas? then you would realize why its marked at 40 shipping is negotiable for closer states that's just covering further states if you don't like it don't bid...........

a weight hole above fingers is same as drilling your fingers deeper  its only a 7/8 size hole you shouldn't even track close to it
