Need to Help A Friend

I am trying to sell my XL with only 5 games on it.  It's 15#, drilled once, no plugs.  There is a very very very small crack on the pin, but still is excellent conditon.  Span is 4 7/16 x 4 5/8, with grips and thimb slug.  I am asking 80.00 shipped.  I have no pictures, but Doug Sterner can vouch for the condition, and that the crack is miniscule, and that the ball is worth the price ( he has seen it).  I really do not want to part with it, but a firend is in need, and I would like to send the money to help out.  Please message me her, or e-mail me at pooler27@hotmail.com  Thanks for any views and replies.

I am beginning to think it's just me becaue I find it shocking that there are no replies.  The reason for sale alone, along with the price, should create some interest for someone wanting to try their 1st SAW, but think they are expensive.  I know that many of you know me here, and that when I say the money is NOT for me, you believe me.  I hope someone will help me out here, and again, thanks for at least looking; too bad looking would not help the situation.

Thanks Peri, and remember that you can always shorten the span, if you decide to try 15#.   I hope someone out there is not only as willing as you, but thatthe ball will be whatthey need and want.  Thnaks again, and I just know that someone will help.

Thanks Strider, and here I got up at 5 AM (Calif time) so that this thread would get to the top, and you wnet and did it.  I am touched, and I don't mean in the head.  Come on friends, please read and message me if interested, if you have questions, PM me, but I will be out most of the morning here.  I will get back to all replies in the order they are received.  I will inform everyone if sold, and that the friend (who is a BR member) was able to be helped.  Please also understand, this is not something I am doing for credit, I just titled it the way I did so that peope would see it in the light I felt it should be placed.  Thnaks to all, and again to you Strider.

Thanks, but I do not require the recognition.  I put that in the post in hopes that people would see that it was not for me.  I appreciate the compliment, but I am not doing anything special, that I do not believe anyone in my position would do, especially if they knew what I know.  I hope I can get it done.  So, that being said, who wants to buy my XL???

Livespive,

The pin was 3-4 out, and the ball is now laid out as follows:

5x4, with the pin at 12:30 above the ring, 1/8" away form ring finger hole, with a weight hole 1/2" below near PAP ( 5 1/8 rt; 1/4" up), and is 1/2"x1 1/2".  CG is kicked right, and is even with the outside edge of ring finger.  Ball condition is as I described, and only 5, maybe 7 games on it.
