Looking for overseas Legend Star!

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I might be able to purchase a few of these overseas.  I think someone had a link a few threads back, I'll check but if anyone else has any info or equipment I'd appreciate the help.

Ok, I'm having trouble locating the thread with the overseas link in it.  Can somebody out there that knows how to get their hands on overseas equipment reach out and send me the link?
