where to buy grips?
« on: October 08, 2012, 09:48:13 PM »
Any recommendations for places to buy finger grips?  Don't care about brand, looking for a fair deal on 10 pair...  3/4 and 23/32
Thanks,

Scott

Scott,

Of course you care which brand because different brands make 3/4" in different sizes.
Example: Contour Pro Sports 3/4" fits my ring finger, but if I order Vise-Grips I need to order 47/64" for my ring finger.

2nd) your problem like most people's is shipping. Many places will ship your order free is you order around $50. Otherwise, it can be $8 - $12 for that order of 20 grips.

Blockbuster: has 10 grips for around $15-$16 for Contour and Vise-Grips

Buddies carries Vise, Turbo and Contour. Also around $15 for a pack of 10.

So if you can order $50 both will ship the order for free.

I'm sure other places have equal prices.

SO first decide which brand and which size you really need; then decide which place and how much. Most of these places have a ton of accessories, cleaners and whatnot which you may or may not need. They can take your order up to that magic $50 window.

Thanks.  I didn't realize that sizes varied by company.  I had predominately used Vise over the past several yrs.  Thanks for the heads up.

I get them from BowlersDeals.com's Ebay store. They're .99 each. $2.00 shipping for the first one, and .20 shipping for each additional. It's a pretty good price. They have all sizes and colors.
