I have 6 of these around the house and need to get them out of here before I move.  These are the MJ Signature balls by AMF with the MJ Signature label and #23 on the axes.  I'm a it sketchy on the weights, but I believe I have 1-8#, 3-10# and 2-12#.

As noted below, these balls are not approved for ABC/WIBC play, but they make great collector's/conversation pieces.  The fact that they were unable to get ABC/WIBC approval meant a limited production which makes this one of the rarer balls AMF has produced.

I'm looking at $30 shipped, or make a reasonable offer and I'll see what I can do.
