 What is the best and cheapest way to ship a bowling ball double boxed ?

Best and cheapest may not be the same.  It probably varies depending on where you live and where you are shipping to, and most buyers seem to prefer UPS or FedEx - they are both easier to track.  Check to see if insurance is included in the shipping price or if it is an additional fee that you have to pay when price comparing.

I have always had good luck with FedEx.
I have had horrible experiences sending stuff via the postal service.  It is usually beat to death and takes twice as long in most cases.
Do make sure to double box whichever way you choose.

I find the cheapest price to be thru UPS via Paypal if the item was paid for thru Paypal. It is very simple and is cheaper than any other method and I have shipped hundreds.
