Heres the skinny, I purchased this its a great movie I viewed it once.  It has an outer keepsake sleeve around the case itself.  I am only letting it go because they are releasing and extended recut version.  As i said its been viewed only once.  I don't buy alot of DVD's so when I do I try and get special editions and so forth and when I ordered this it was the only one available.  The one i have is below:
