they don't own the rights to the logo. texarkana arkansas high school owns the razorback copyright. as long as the ball didn't have u of a on it, the high school could give the ok on the "running hog". a man nameed jesse stewart drew the orignal hog many years ago. the high school has a agreement with the college for use of the razorback name. the college in return sells the high school excess uniforms and such to them for pennies on the dollor. when they switched away from rebok a few years ago the high got truck loads of stuff for next to nothing.
