Trackfreak=Rip Off Artist (Updated)

Well, after messaging back and forth for a couple days trying to work out something for the 2 balls I traded for a "New" Brunswick 3 ball roller it seems the effort to make things right has stopped. If you click on this thread http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=22549&ForumID=26&CategoryID=5
you see the original transaction, notice this feedback from Trackfreak himself "this guy is a great seller to deal with.

ships fast!!!!
great communication!!
balls as described if not better!

i recieved the voodoo and hex from him"

Trackfreak claims he sent the bag and I just never recieved it. His attitude is basically too bad for you, but I sent it and I'm not paying twice for the deal because you never got it. I have made every effort to make some other deal with him to get this over with, the last one I was willing to accept about $79.00 worth of compensation for 2-balls that I was selling for $95 plus $30 shipping, not good enough I guess.

I'm done with this person, I have accepted the fact that this person has no class or honor to back his deals. I have read another thread about his dealings with jkiser. Please express caution when dealing with anyone that asks you to ship to this address:

Bill *******
161 Highland Avenue
Torrance, Ct. 06790

E-mail: daisydew@optonline.net

Below is the original post:

Beware when dealing with Trackfreak, he did not honor an agreement for a trade with me, and apparently from other comments in the Track equipment board also scammed other people. After giving him the benefit of the doubt for weeks I recieved this message from him;

ive been to the poastal office and they said without a tracking # they cant do anything.

they also told me parceal post is the wrost place to send items out. thats were most of thier items will get delivered wrong or lost between station to station.

so by know i absoulutly sure the bag is lost.

i also am willing to take responsibility of this.
you ship the balls fast to me with a tracking #.

i tryed to save money shipping and in the process lost the bag.
so im open and am wondering if youre looking for any certain balls or bowling equiptment right now?

i want to make this right.

please get back to me.

He will not reply to any messages, and apparently was trying to sell this same bag to someone else on the board. That poster sent the money and never got the bag either.

Don't get scammed by this worthless con-artist.

What I do not understand as I read all of this stuff is why people that claim to be in the middle of nowhere do not use the UPS on-call pick-up service.  Yeah, its going to add a few bucks to the process, but when I ran the numbers a few minutes ago, I can schedule a pick-up for less than $4 more than it would cost me dropping it off.  I have a UPS account, but anyone can open one.

The numbers I ran were using a ball shipment from the Austin area to a small town a few hours south of Chicago.  Numbers worked out to roughly $10 dropping it off and $14 to have them pick it up.  Given that the UPS online estimates are pretty close to what I see on the billing statement, there is absolutely no excuse for people to be clueless about costs of shipping and should be able to know before a deal is even offered what the shipping costs and times should come out to...
