TWO 300s ball for sale, virtually no frames on it.
« on: January 19, 2004, 11:04:32 PM »
Stinger lo flare solid particle!

I know, I know how is that possible?

Well you see I have this friend named MIKA.

The other day he threw a 300!  You may have seen it you may not have.

He lofts the ball, a long ways.  Therefore I only count this first 300 with it as 6 frames, not the usual 12 per 300.

I got the ball and did not change drilling.  Just took it and lofted it all the way to the pins.  Somehow due to lack of lane interference I threw 300 also with it!  (more like golf, just had to calculate the wind effect) I then went 3 more frames all similarly lofted and struck all 3.

Last ball actually hit the pindeck area others cleared it, I stopped.

2 300s, and a Turkey.  6 frames of use!

Can you believe it.  Asking $450 plus shipping.

After all this ball has never NOT thrown a 300.

Get your chance at this perfecto!

REgards,

Luckylefty
PS NO!  Not that MIKA, my friend Mika!

ARE YOU ON CRACK? YOU WANT THAT MUCH FOR A STINGER BECAUSE IT WAS THROWN TO 2 300'S!? What you scored with it doesnt make it worth anything more except memories.

I say, put it on a plaque and sell it as a trophy.  On EBAY.  Inside a plastic display case.

Actually bowling king,
it is statistically impossible to throw anything BUT strikes with that ball.  So if you want to up your average to 295 + or - 5 pins you should buy this ball.  Think of it this way, you will never need to buy another ball because you only get strikes with this one.  No spare ball, no other stike balls, no 3 ball roller.  It practically pays for itself on purchase.  Now I like to  miss the pocket because I like spare so much so I'll have to pass...but you guys who want to bowl 300s should really think about it.

btw, is there a legal limit to how far you can loft a ball?  physically I'm sure it's quite easy to get it to the pins given the proper windup (like a discus thrower)

think of the money you could make traveling the country and conning the locals. They would never know what hit them. But you would have to shoot a couple games with your regular ball to get the money up first.
