First of all, if you were to take my money and not send a ball, you can bet I would pursue it. As a matter of fact, once it goes through the mail as a transaction, it is considered mail fraud and yes, I do have a direct line to the FBI. Like I said, you are so uninformed about me. As for APK, I again am glad things went well for you "In Seconds." However, this just reinforces the fact that NextLevelPS is dishonorable as I responded just before you (Approx. 1 minute) and your deal went "Great." Now, in all hinesty, NLPS did in fact send me an apology after several of these posts and he did in fact ask what he could do to make it right. As I stated to him, the right thing to do would have been on the first come first serve basis as sales usually go. I do not feel that he should give me anything as that's not fair to him and that's not what I am about as many people on here know. I am about fairness and honesty, not about taking advantage of someone. I just think it's right to make anyone who attempts to deal with this gentleman, aware of my experience with him.--------------------

I stay out of these as long as I can, but what do you want Charles.  Guy said he was sorry even offered you something in return to make you happy.  Instead you are acting like a three year old and just trying to smear him over and over again.  This is like going in a store to buy a sale item while you are looking at it they sell the last one to somebody else.  They offer you a different model or even a rain check.  You say no and stand outside the storm for the rest of your life with a sign that says this store is bad don't buy here.  Either except the apology or not, except the compesation offered or not, but dang get over it.  Life is too short.

Card, for your information, he is the one that continues with the negativities. I posted my opinion and just respond. However, if I walked into a store and wanted to buy a sale item and grabbed it first, that would be my item. If not and the store offered compensation,  would request a raincheck-like order of the same item. He has not offered the same items which is what I requested. I post facts and respond to negativities.
