I've got a friend of mine that had a NIB 15# Uprsing for around $110.  If you're in the market for a new one, it'll be around $124-128 shipped to the lower 48.

I am very very interested. Do you think you can get me the specs of it?  Do you think we can work on the total price a little bit?  It is a suprise for a friend and 125 is more than I wanted to pay but do want it.

I have a pretty clean Track Uprising. 15lb. It's on it's second drill. Almost drilled in the same place. I was going to drill it but I've got too many. I'd take $50 plus shipping.
