WTB used or new pro-sect quarter scale
« on: February 07, 2012, 05:54:49 AM »
I'm looking to learn and teach myself how to lay bowling balls out and am looking to get my hands on a pro-sect quarter scale. Most online sites have them for sale for around $70 bucks but I'm low on cash and am hoping someone has a used or new one they would be willing to let go for a bit less than that. Let me know

Make sure you get a prosect.  I tried to cut corners and just bought a quarter scale trying to teach myself how to layout balls, and come to find out it doesn't measure angles, just distance on the ball.  That's...really...only half useful.  If I'd just dropped the money for a Prosect, I'd be much happier at the moment.

I think I'm realizing that actually.. I just want to learn and maybe lay out a couple of balls myself, then I could always re-sell it when I'm done.  I appreciate the advice.
