Are you looking for 15 or 16 lb.  All I have for lane 1 is a Tsunami h2O.  It is my wife's, but she doesn't throw it anymore.  Believe it is 15 but it could be 14.  She throws 15 now, but she got this some time ago.  I have a blue death, but currently in trade with someone else for it.  Anything else you are looking for older or newer stuff from other companies?  Our spans are pretty close.  My span measured from the top of the thumb cut to the bottom of the finger cut is 4 3/4.  Its around 5 inch if you measure from the center of the hole.  Here's what I have:
