The Aggression Pearl CFI coverstock wrapped around the classic Gas Mask core is an unbelievable combination! The Black Widow Pink (BWP) is clean through the heads and picks up nicely in the midlane. When the ball goes through the deck, you will see the ball finishing over the 8 pin spot. When you throw this ball you are going to turn some heads!

Likes: I just called my friend of 20 years and told him he has competition.   This ball is AMAZING.  This ball was billed as a cleaner than the Black Widow Black and Gold, so I laid the Black Widow Pink out the same as the Black and Gold since it would be just a tad bit less.

Wow is what I can say - this ball is cleaner than the Black and Gold but the cover and core combo allow this ball to do something special that the Black and Gold doesn't do which is be the smoothest direction changing Black Widow I have ever seen.   The amount of direction change in the Widow Pink  is unprecedented, however the motion downlane is not flippy - but rather smooth and rolly.  That's just half of the equation - The hitting power this ball has is the other half.  Pins fly with this ball and they stay low for me - which means they will hit more things in their way when they are lower.

Very quickly becoming my trustworthy companion on the lanes.  If you don’t have this ball in the bag when you shoe up, your already losing.

Likes:  I made an error not using this ball much earlier in qualifying at a recent PBA50. It was the high volume & flat Earl Anthony Pattern and I didn't think a Pearl ball would be able to read the lane to get back around the corner. I was way back so I figured what the heck. Man I wish I had used it much earlier. The ball gave me my best look at the pocket all day and hit hard. On the THS it pushed down lane but makes a very strong move off the spot. Really strong pearl ball. I have about 8 games on it and I have not left a 10 pin yet. ( knock on wood.) :-)

As a HUGE Black Widow series fan, it was a no brainer to give this one a shot with it being THE hottest ball on the market when it was released. I put a standard 5” pin up drilling for me, pin over the fingers with the CG kicked out a tad.

This ball took a tad more getting used to than I expected. Everyone I knew said it was one that really picked up steam off the end of a pattern, and that was definitely the truth. It hooks when it sees the friction. That being said, it does need just that, Friction. I’ve seen times where it is too clean through the front and doesn’t read the midlane as early as other Black Widow pieces (such as the black and gold). When this ball comes out of the bag, I make sure not to move too far left too quickly.

Overall, it is a great piece when you need to clear the fronts and retain some pop of the back.
