Simply AMAZING!!!!
I received this beauty on Tuesday and was able to finally drill this ball earlier today. I have been looking for something to be more angular than the Widow series for the way that I roll the ball... and this is it!
This ball really compliments the original Sauce (which I truly love to throw) by being much cleaner through the front of the lane with a strong & angular movement in the backends. I drilled this ball with the pin above the bridge & the CG kicked out 1" from midline (5 1/4" x 4 1/4"). Just when the Sauce is too strong for the line, this ball will definately get down the lane and open up the lane for the average bowler.
I used this ball tonight on our 9pm league which tends to be pretty dry at the track area, and wanted to see how this rolls. I shot 270, 224, 279 - 773 with this ball and was turning heads to see what I was throwing. I wanted to see how long I could throw this ball during this drier lane condition and was really impressed on when playing 4th-5th arrow with this nuggett, it was turning the corner with such ease and was finishing so strong with the angularity.
Great job Jeff & the gang at Hammer on the recent Sauce & now coming out with this great addition to the Hammer family!!
This ball will definately be a great ball all types of bowlers looking to have a Hammer ball that turns the corner with the most angular movement than any Hammer ball in recent years! I am really looking forward to drilling up another ball in the near future!!
