I have a storm gravity shift drilled pin high right of ring as well as my old rhino pro gold drilled pin down right of ring. Both balls react nicely however when the lanes start to breakdown I cant seem to get either to stay out right. I throw with a somewhat low speed with low revs(typical down and in play 5 board or so and let the ball do the rest of the work). So my question to you all is would a emerald vibe or other ball be smooth enough through the dry yet strong enough to make the good move back to the pocket for a good solid shot? Currently the gravity shift is oob with the polish worn off(everytime I try and add polish for a little more length the ball cant make the turn for me) and the rhino is still oob finish as well. Any advice on a good ball for these messy patterns and such would be of great help thank you.

I can play these lines however the effectiveness of the shot is greatly decreased(less angle into pocket as well as not as solid of a hit most generally) I can play at the ball return however the ball is thrown slow with alot of side(both big no no's I just cant seem to move that far without negative effects to my game. Which is why I ask for a ball so I can keep my game fairly simple. I mean if none of the new balls work I may just have to go get me a nice ole urethane.

Rule of thumb that I use and similar to what I believe charlest has said, if I hit the face of the head pin, I would just move 3-5 boards left with my feet and 1-2 boards with my target.  If I went brooklyn, I would move about 7 boards to the left with my feet and 3 boards with my target.
it sounds like you can be pretty versatile and a little work on consistency will take you a long way.  You have to play what the lane wants to give you.

When I play down and in, I come through the ball with a lot more forward roll. The further I move left, the more side turn I get on the ball.  Not everyone's the same I know, but its something to look at.

Thank you all for the advice the small move as charlest says I can do pretty well however to low speed/revs I cant really open it up without it effecting me even when I do throw a normal shot. I just dont have that nice 35* or so angle into the pocket which seems to work so well for me.
