Aside from the HART placement mess up the drillers also didn't take into account for the pin placement. The NM has a very strong core and placing the pin any closer than 4.5" from the bowlers pap is really not advised if your wanting a strong backend reaction. I know a bowler that had the pin on his NM at about 3.5" from pap. This ball used up most of it's energy in the mid-lane and was weak on the backend. So basically keep the pin at least 4.5" from pap and HART in the ball track and your good to go!
