Beat'N layout
« on: August 24, 2007, 08:10:55 AM »
I normally do not ask for layout help but this time want to get opinions of what might work for me. I am looking to use the ball on mediums and some carrydown, i want the option of moving inside and like see the flip motion on the backend.

My stats:

16.5-17.0 at the pin deck
250 ish revs
Forward roller 12-14 degrees of ball tilt
Able to change axis rotation from 30-90 degrees
High track 5 3/8 by 1/2 up

I am hoping a few people that have this ball can get me a decent layout, the no mercy was a huge bust for me with almost no backend from being leveraged on the drilling.

Hey Mr., I just had this ball drilled. I might be able to help you a little.I'm not as up to date  on new stuff as others are.I have my ball drilled between #1 & #2 on the layout sheet. My pin is just to the right of my ring finger and the heart is just to the left of my thumb , with half of it drilled out.My pap is 5-1/16 right,1/4 up.I throw it with the oob.I slide at 18 and throw at 8 out to 5 and have no problem with it coming back.I'm just getting back into it after 17 years , so I can't give you a whole lot of feedback yet.I'm still learning the new age bowling. thanks ball being punched right now, went with the hart 2 inches left of the thumb and pin right and above the ring finger as advised by my driller.

I hope this works better than the no mercy or i wasted pretty good money on it.
